At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Addept House, Sydenham Road, Croydon, CR9, on 13th September 1999, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Henderson, of Henderson & Co., 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
