Notice is hereby given, that the Final General Meeting of the above Companies will be held at 21 New Fetter Lane, London EC4, on 25th October 1999, at 10 a.m., and 10.30 a.m. for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him.
