Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of McCabe Ford Williams, Bank Chambers, 1 Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4AE, on Friday, 15th Ocotber 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the respective Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him, and a proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
