Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company and a Meeting of its Creditors will be held at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Canterbury House, 85 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1LT, on 1st October 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose in each case of having laid before it an account and showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the General Meeting of the Company may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. G. H. W.
