THE INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM EXCHANGE OF LONDON LTD RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Scheme, including any former part-time employee who claims to have been unlawfully excluded from membership of the Scheme, are required to send particulars in writing to Vivienne Byrne, International Petroleum Exchange, 1 St. Katharine’s Way, London E1 9UN, on or before 24th September 1999, after which date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands they then have not had notice. If you have already been in contact with the International Petroleum Exchange before, in this regard, you need not respond to this notice.
