THE CAMDEN (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO. 5) TRAFFIC ORDER 1999
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden, on 18th June 1999, made the above-mentioned Order. The details of which were previously published in The London Gazette on 22nd April 1999 under Ref. 554. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce one-way working traffic flow in a north-east to south-west direction, in that part of New Compton Street, between St. Giles High Street and St. Giles Passage. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 28th June 1999, a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, may be inspected duirng normal office hours at the Environment Department Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wanting to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
