Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Gerard Michael Green, David Lincoln Ramsbottom, Geoffrey Woolsey Woolsey-Brown and Jacqueline Lesley Story carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of Woolsey & Woolsey, at 64 The Close, Norwich, has been dissolved as from 5th April 1999. Geoffrey Woolsey Woolsey-Brown and Jacqueline Lesley Story are joining the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Benedict Paul Gerard Vincent Keane, John Stuart Rushmer, Penelope Jane Nicoll, Alisdair George Liddle, Ian Peter Fisher, Jane Maria Irvine, Gavin William Cowe and Stephen James Coles, previously under the style or firm name of “Overbury Steward & Eaton”, which from 6th April 1999, is known as OVERBURY STEWARD EATON & WOOLSEY. All debts due and owing by the said late firm Woolsey & Woolsey will be received and paid respectively by the said named former Partners of Woolsey & Woolsey, and all debts due to and owing by the said late firm of Overbury Steward & Eaton, will be received and paid by the said named Partners of the firm Overbury Steward Eaton & Woolsey.
