Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company be held at Cradoc House, Heol-y-Llyfrau, Aberkenfig, Bridgend CF32 9PL, on 30th April 1999, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively. The purpose of the Meetings are to have an account laid before the Meetings and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator at the above address not later than 4 p.m. on the day before the Meeting.
