Notice is given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held at the office of Downham Train Epstein, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT, on 28th May 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. A proxy form must be lodged at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT, by not later than 12 noon on 27th May 1999. The Resolutions to be considered are detailed on the proxy form. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meeting: that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator obtain his release and that the books and records of the Company be destroyed 12 months after dissolution.
