Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors to be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, 21 New Fetter Lane, London EC4 1NH, on 9th April 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, to receive the report of the Liquidator as to his administration of the estate and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release from office pursuant to section 173 of the said Act.
