Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company and a Final Meeting of its Creditors will be held at 1 Harlands Close, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1PS, on 26th April 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors, showing the manner in which the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
