NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Wellbrook Farm Ltd, of Wellbrook Manor, Stockley Hill, Peterchurch, Hereford HR2 0SS, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from a borehole at National Grid Reference SO 3604 3860 at Part OS Plot No. 0069 adjoining Bradley Wood, Stockley Hill, Peterchurch. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 1.5 cubic metres per hour, 19 cubic metres per day and 6,900 cubic metres per year. The water will be used for agricultural purposes. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Wellbrook Manor, Peterchurch, between 4th March and 1st April 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Wales River House, St. Mellon’s Business Park, St. Mellon’s, Cardiff CF3 0LT, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
