In the Matter of DAVID JAMES FREER AND ANNETTE PAULINE FREER and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up David James Freer and Annette Pauline Freer, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is 34 Nottingham Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 1EN, presented on 29th January 1999, by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 17th March 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 16th March 1999.
