Thickett, T. A. T. Hobden, I. G. Denning, P. J. Warman, R. P. Sibley, J. Hayes, S. R. Nunn, N. Stubbs and A. J. Maruca, carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of LEATHES PRIOR, of 74 The Close, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 4DR, has been dissolved as from 27th January 1999, so far as concerns Ian Denning, who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said former firm will be received and paid respectively by the continuing Partners who will continue to carry on the business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Leathes Prior.
