A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt has been summoned by the Trustee, under section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of approving the receipts and payment account and to confirm that this account has been reconciled with that held by the Secretary of State, if applicable, for approving her release under Rule 6.135, and for the proposal to approve the destruction of the Bankrupt’s books and records 6 months from the date of the Meeting. The Meeting will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on Friday, 19th February 1999, at 10.30 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged at the offices of Phillips & Co., 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, no later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting, to enable you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
