DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES MOYSER ROAD S.W.16 AND STRATHBLAINE ROAD S.W.11

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth, on 5th January 1999 made the Wandsworth (Free Parking Place) (Disabled Persons) (No. 1) Order 1999 under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
The general effect of the Order will be to designate parking places for the leaving of disabled persons’ vehicles displaying a disabled person’s badge (commonly referred to as “the Orange badge”) for any period without charge in:
(a) Moyser Road, outside Nos. 93 and 95 Moyser Road; and
(b) Strathblaine Road, outside No. 24 Strathblaine Road.
A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 11th January 1999, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including plans showing the location of the parking places, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made in The Concourse, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.
Copies of the Order may be obtained from the Council’s Administration Department, Room 153, the Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU (telephone 0181-871 7520).
Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
