Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on 26th January 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.
