Notice is given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Casson Beckman & Partners, 3 Dyers Buildings, Holborn, London EC1N 2JT, on 29th January 1999, at 11.25 a.m. and 11.30 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Members wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are Members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Casson Beckman & Partners, no later than 12 noon on 28th January 1999. A form of proxy is enclosed. Please note that the original proxy signed by or on behalf of the Member must be lodged at the address mentioned, photocopies are not acceptable. P.
