LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907, PURSUANT TO SECTION 10

Notice is hereby given that the interest of The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan Ltd, of 1-8 Uchisaiwaicho 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100, Japan, held in respect of that Company’s position as one of the Limited Partners in CCP VI LP No. 1.2, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP5390, was assigned in part equal to £2,636,200 by a Deed of Assignment dated 14th December 1998 in favour of The 1998 Secondary Brinson Partnership Fund Offshore Series Company Ltd., of c/o BankAmerica Trust & Banking Coporation (Cayman Limited), PO Box 1092, Fort Street, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies, and in part equal to £4,363,800 by a Deed of Assignment, dated 14th December 1998 in favour of The Brinson Partnership Fund Program Entity A, of c/o UBS Brinson Limited, One Curzon Street, London W1Y 7FN.
