Notice is hereby given that the entire interest of The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan Ltd, of 1-8 Uchisaiwaicho 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100, Japan, held in respect of that Company’s position as one of the Limited Partners in Charterhouse Capital Partners V LP No. 2, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP4670, was assigned by a Deed of Assignment, dated 14th December 1998 in favour of Charterhouse Development Limited, of 85 Watling Street, London EC4M 9BX.
