Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7th July 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 1st December 1998, Irmina Czarnecki on behalf of OLIVER ANDRZEJ CZARNECKI, of 52 Dawlish Drive, Pinner, Middlesex, a minor and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1)(e) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Oliver Andrzej Chmielewski and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Oliver Andrzej Czarnecki.
