THE BOROUGH OF STAFFORD (CO-OPERATIVE STREET, STAFFORD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Stafford Borough Council propose to make the above Order in exercise of their powers under sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The effect of the proposals will be to:
(i) revoke the “no waiting at any time” restriction on the south side of Co-operative Street, Stafford, from a point 8 metres west of the junction with Marston Road for a distance of 7 metres in a westerly direction.
(ii) introduce a limited waiting restriction (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., 30 minutes no return within 30 minutes) over the same length and side of road.
3. A copy of the proposed Order and appropriate plan giving full details of the proposal together with a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at my office during normal office hours.
4. Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made should be submitted in writing to the undersigned by not later than 8th January 1999.
