KIRKBY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to pay a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 15th December 1998, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Andrew Hartley Wilkinson, of Revell Ward Horton, Norwich Union House, 26 High Street, Huddersfield HD1 2LN, the Liquidator of the Company and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to distrub, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt has been proved.
