A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator pursuant to section 146 (Final Meeting) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on his administration of the Liquidation, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on 8th January 1999, at 11.30 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 7th January 1999, to entitle a Creditor to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
