In the High Court of Justice.  In Bankruptcy   No. 6259 of 1998In the Matter of DARREN MARK HILL AND CARL WILLIAMS (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business was Unit 2, Zetland Buildings, Longbeck Trading Estate, Marske, Redcar and Cleveland TS11 6HB, presented on 3rd November 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th December 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 8th December 1998.
