No. 005838 of 1998In the Matter of DUSTBUSTERS CLEANING (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business was 13 Countess Grove, Lower Broughton, Salford, Greater Manchester M7 9LP, presented on 14th October 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Manchester VAT Office, Custom House, Furness Quay, Salford M5 2XX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 25th November 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 24th November 1998.
