At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at First Floor, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4EF, on 23rd October 1998, at 10.30 a.m., the subjoined Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, and that K. W. Touhey, of Morley & Scott, First Floor, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4EF, be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” B. D. Roberts, Chairman
