TITON HOLDINGS PLC RETIREMENT SAVINGS SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Titon Holdings Plc Retirement Savings Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding up due to restructuring of pension benefits. The Trustees would be interested to receive notification from any person who was employed by Titon Holdings Plc or an associated employer and who believe that they have a benefit with the Scheme. Any claim should be sent in writing to The Trustees, c/o Mrs V. Spooner, Titon Hardware Limited, International House, Peartree Road, Stanway, Colchester, Essex CO3 5JX, within three months of the date of the publication of this advertisement. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within the said three months.
