Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kidsons Impey, Devonshire House, 36 George Street, Manchester M1 4HA, on Wednesday, 17th November 1998, 10.45 a.m. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend in their stead, and such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Any proxy for use in connection with the above Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Kidsons Impey, Devonshire House, 36 George Street, Manchester M1 4HA, by no later than 4 p.m. on Monday, 15th November 1998.
