Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Kenneth David Picton and Ian Davies carrying on business as Hairdressers at the Ground Floor, 22-24 Castle Arcade, Cardiff, under the style of firm name of KEN PICTON’S THE ZOO has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31st January 1998, so far as concerns Ian Davies who retires from the firm. All debts due and owing by the said former firm will be received and paid by the continuing partner who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of Ken Picton’s The Zoo.
