Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, on 30th October 1998, at 3 p.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A proxy form must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon, on 29th October 1998, to entitled you to vote at the Meeting, together with a proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one. P. B.
