Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 595 of the Insolvency Act 1985, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, on Friday, 30th October 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the windings-up to date.
