TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990—SECTION 247
Highway Verge at Brook House, Post Office Lane, Lighthorne, Warwick
Notice is hereby given that a local Inquiry is to be held into the proposal of the
Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to make an Order
under section 247 of the above Act. If made the Order would authorise the stopping-up
of a length of highway verge at the rear of Brook House, Lighthorne, Warwick to enable
the construction of an area of hardstanding for vehicle parking.
The Inquiry will be held at The Village Hall, Bishops Hill, Lighthorne, Warwick
at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 20th October 1998.
The Secretary of State hereby appoints D. Sleath to hold the Inquiry (Ref. DPI/02/1/5/27).
