A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned under section 146 of the Insolvency Act for the purpose of having an account laid before the Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meeting will be held on 14th October 1998, at 10.30 a.m., at Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4R 4TR.
