A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property and assets of the Company disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liqidator, and granting the Liquidator his release.
