TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Notice is hereby given that a local inquiry is to be held into the proposal of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act. If made, the Order would authorise the stopping-up of Kings Yard, Ossett, West Yorkshire, enabling commercial development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to BBR Graphic Engineers by Wakefield Metropolitan District Council.   The inquiry will be held at Ossett Town Hall, Market Place, Ossett, West Yorkshire, and will commence at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 30th September 1998.   The Secretary of State hereby appoints J.
