Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Scheme which commenced winding-up on 31st August 1996 by reason of his or her own, or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with any of the following:   The British & Northern Shipping Agency Limited, Incotrans Limited, Neptun Salvage & Marine Services Limited, Neptun Roda Bolaget Limited, Trader Navigation Limited, Trader Navigation Co. Limited, Hovey Antwerp Limited, Swedish Lloyd (UK) Limited, Travel Lloyd Limited, Hoverlloyd Limited, Charles Follett Limited, Brostrom (UK) Limited, Brostrom Cargo (UK) Limited, Brostom Trading (UK) Limited, Trans Barwil Agencies (UK) Limited and Transocean Shipping Agency (UK) Limited is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 30th September 1998 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: Sedgwick Noble Lowndes Limited, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2ZT, marked “For the attention of L. Lawson” (acting for the Trustees of the Scheme). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
