To: Gary Robinson, lately of 1 Cresswell Drive, Hartlepool TS26 0EQ, and lately carrying on in business as a Greengrocer, at 145 Oxford Road, Hartlepool TS25 3RJ and 15 Victoria Road, Hartlepool. Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by Gordon Smythe Goldie, of Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 3LS (“the Petitioning Creditor”) and the Court has ordered that the Petitioning Creditor be at liberty to serve the Bankruptcy Petition by way of advertisement in The London Gazette and Hartlepool Mail publications and that such advertisement shall be deemed to be service of the petition upon you.   The said Petition will be heard at this Court at Middlesbrough County Court, Teesside Combined Court Centre, Russell Street, Middlesbrough TS1 2AE, on 20th August 1998, at 10.15 a.m.    Important : If you do not attend the hearing of the Petition the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence.   The Petition can be inspected by you on application at this Court, whose offices are at Middlesbrough County Court, Teesside Combined Court Centre, Russell Street, Middlesbrough TS1 2AE. 17th July 1998.
