Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by Vanguard Luggage Limited, whose registered office is at 5 North End Road, London NW11 7RJ, and the Court has ordered that the sending of a sealed copy of the above-mentioned Petition, together with a sealed copy of the Order for substituted service dated 16th June 1998 by first class pre-paid post addressed to Robert Mark Knight, Fox Cover, Hall Lane, Muckley Corner, Hammerwich, Staffordshire WS14 0BE, and by publication in The London Gazette shall be deemed to be service of the Petition upon you. The said Petition will be heard at this Court at The County Court, Bridge House, Bridge Street, Walsall, on 1st July 1998 at 2 p.m. If you do not attend the hearing of the Petition the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence.
