MARINA BOAT HIRE (trading as Harrison Robe)

Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of Marina Boat Hire Ltd., trading as Harrison Robe will be held at 10.45 a.m., on 27th July 1998, to be followed at 11 a.m. on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings will be held at Emerald House, 20 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceeding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Emerald House, 20 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall, no later than 12 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meetings. K. J.
