At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Milford House, Milford Street, Swindon SN1 1DW, Wiltshire, on 3rd June 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard Hill, of KPMG Corporate Recovery, Richmond Park House, 15 Pembroke Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 3BG, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
