Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow, on 8th June 1998, made the above-mentioned Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and all other enabling powers.   2. The general effect of the Orders will be to make permanent the experimental Orders for bus stops, a bus lane and waiting and loading restrictions which came into effect on 20th December 1996 in High Street, Edgware, and to make permanent Experimental Orders for a bus lane, bus stops and waiting and loading restriction which came into effect on 3rd February 1997 for Burnt Oak Broadway and some side roads but with minor changes described below, which were advertised on 19th February 1998, to allow for objections received to the provisions of the Experimental Orders.   3. Changes to the Burnt Oak Broadway Experimental Orders will be to:   (a) reduce the waiting restriction from “at any time” to Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. in part of the north side of Oakleigh Avenue and part of the south side of The Highlands;   (b) introduce no waiting at any time on the corner of The Highlands and the service road fronting Burnt Oak Broadway;   (c) introduce no waiting at any time in the service road fronting Burnt Oak Broadway from Stag Lane for a short distance;   (d) introduce no loading at any time in the mouth of Oakleigh Avenue between the front line of the shops and the main carriageway of Burnt Oak Broadway;   (e) to move the Bus Stop Clearway further south from the current position.   4. These traffic Orders are being made in conjunction with similar restrictions by the London Boroughs of Barnet and Brent within the areas of those Boroughs.   5. The following Schedules set out the various restrictions.   6. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on 15th June 1998 and plans of the area affected can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, in Third Floor Reception, Department of Environmental Services, at the Civic Centre, Station Road, Harrow.   7. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. High Street, Edgware, the south-west side,
