Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Lyon Pilcher, Park House, 102-108 Above Bar, Southampton, Hampshire SO14 7NH, on 10th July 1998, for the purpose of having an account laid before Members, and receving a report showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. E. T. Head, Liquidator 3rd June 1998.
