Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of Alcyone Security Limited will be held at the offices of Wilkins Kennedy, Elvaco House, 180 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9DN, on 29th May 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1996, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Wilkins Kennedy, Elvaco House, 180 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9DN, by not later than 12 noon on 28th May 1998. K. A.
