Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and subsequent Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Clarke Bell, Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2EN, on 29th May 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the relevant Company’s property disposed of; and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidator. A Creditor or contributory entitled to attend and vote at any of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
