Notice is hereby given to Qualifying Shareholders (as defined below) of Tring International Group PLC (“the Company”) who have no registered address within the United Kingdom and who have not given to the Company an address within the United Kingdom for the service of notices, pursuant to section 90 of the Companies Act 1985, that Peel, Hunt & Company Limited, as agent for and on behalf of the Company, is inviting the Company’s Shareholders on the register for Members at the close of business on 14th April 1998 (“Qualifying Shareholders”), to apply for new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Offer Shares”) on the terms and conditions set out in the Company’s circular dated 24th April 1998 (the “Circular”) and the form of application which accompanies the Circular (the “Application Form”).   Any application for Offer Shares must be made on the Application Form. Copies of the Circular together with the Application Form may be inspected at, and are available upon the making of a personal application to the Company Secretary, S. R.
