Notice is hereby given that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 7 St. Stephen’s Court, 15-17 St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6JL, on 12th May 1998, at 2.30 p.m., to be followed at 3 p.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted since the date of liquidation and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at 7 St. Stephen’s Court, 15-17 St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6JL, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
