Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water
Take notice that W. J. Bracey Limited, of Boundary Farm, Sutton, Norwich, Norfolk, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 7/34/9/G/117 to abstract water from the sand and gravels at National Grid Reference TG 359 257 at Manor Farm, Stalham. The variation being applied for is to extend the area of land to be irrigated. There will be no increase in the rates of abstraction. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Boundary Farm Sutton, Norwich, Norfolk, between 15th April and 15th May 1998. Any person who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9JE, before the end of the said period. P.
