NEWTON LONGVILLE COMMON, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
On 30th January 1998, the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice declared and ordered in actions numbered CH 1995 D 5815 and CH 1997 W No. 4194 that the £2 million proceeds of sale of the said Common plus interest thereon and the rental monies received from the Common since 1958, be held upon trust for the successors in title to successful claimants of rights of common made in 1841 in the proportions stated in those orders. Those people will generally be the present owners of qualifying lands within the parish of Newton Longville. It was further ordered inter alia that the said declarations and orders shall not take effect until three months after the date of this advertisement. If you wish to challenge the said declarations or orders, you must apply to the Court within three calendar months of today. If you do not wish to challenge them but wish to claim payment and become a party to action CH 1995 D 5815, you may apply to be joined before or after expiry of the three months. The orders may be inspected during normal working hours at the offices of J. Garrard & Allen, 4 High Street, Olney, Buckinghamshire MK46 4BB, telephone 01234 711215 and DX 51300 OLNEY. A copy will be provided on written application to reference RMNO213 at the said address, together with payment of £10.
