Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company’s Creditors will be held at the offices of Haines Watts, Sterling House, 1 Sheepscar Court, Meanwood Road, Leeds LS7 2BB, on 20th April 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of approving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and agreeing that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. D. M. Walker, Liquidator 13th March 1998.
